A small number of parents have contacted us to say that they have had difficulties leaving messages on the school telephone system. From what we can see, we think that this may be because some people are still using the old number, rather than the new number 0191 7161700.
We have asked the previous provider to disable the old number, and we urge all parents to use the new number please. If anyone does use the new number and encounters a similar issue, please do let us know, and we will follow this up with the new provider. However, having tested the new number ourselves, it does appear to be working without problem.
