LINKING CURRICULUM LEARNING TO CAREERS

‘All teachers should link curriculum learning with careers. For example, STEM subject teachers should highlight the relevance of STEM subjects for a wide range of future career paths.’ Gatsby Framework
All departments in our school support pupils in providing impartial careers advice and guidance within their specialist fields. Career Opportunities are promoted within each subject area and staff use their teaching to explain the range of roles within their subject areas. There are a number of Notice Boards around the school which focus on Career Aspirations and choices.
